We ship worldwide, US LOCAL (all 50 states) Cannada & South America, Europe & Asia

How much does shipping cost?

We offer both standard and express delivery. There will be a minimum of $18 on all orders. Next day delivery available for an extra fee. Some exceptions may apply depending on the country or region where our customers are located. Please do well to contact our customer service team for cases like this.

We ship Monday to Saturday same-day dispatch if ordered and payment is received before 12.30 pm. And we provide you with tracking for you to track your item.

How do you ship?

We ship our products worldwide and all packages are shipped very discreetly.

  • Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
  • Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
  • The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will therefore be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment&Handling charge).
  • We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in ( because we are an ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
  • Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different European countries.

Which shipping company does dermallinks Pvt.Ltd use?

The shipping services may vary depending on your location and your local shipping service available. We will inform you of the tracking number and shipping method once we have processed your order. Standard couriers are; UPS, USPS, EMS, TNT, YRC, Parcel Force, Sprint Hub, Royal Mail, FedEx & Schenker AG.

No signature required upon collection of the parcel.

Your item will be delivered within 2 working days within the USA, or 5 working days for the rest of the world.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?

If the order is too large to fit one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging as used for small-sized orders.



Dermallinks Pvt.Ltd only accepts returns within 10 working days of notifications if one of the following condition listed below is met:

  •    The product is damaged
  •    The product received is wrong
  •    The wrong product was shipped

If one of these conditions applies to your order, please contact us via email or reach out to our customer support at the contact information displayed on our contact page and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the case that any goods are returned, we will offer you either a replacement or we will refund the corresponding payment. The refunds will be done via the same payment method and to the same account which you used in making your payments, during the placement of your order.

After 10 working days, no returns will be accepted.

No returns for any other reasons will be accepted.


Your payment will be refunded via the originally chosen payment method. We will refund the payment as soon as your products have been returned. Due to the processing time of the service providers, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to show on your account.
No refund will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used, or damaged. Returns can only be honored if the product(s) in returned intact.
